Get step-by-step instructions for baking, cutting, building and decorating your cake with a dripping and a bouquet of seasonal flowers. You'll create a cake that captures the distinctive beauty of the season and gives undivided attention of every viewer.

First of all, we will discuss the cake recipe and Lotta will demonstrate how to bake the perfect sponge cake. While the cake is in the oven, we will dedicate ourselves to the production of the filling and frosting. The cake bases will be ready-baked for you, so that we can devote all our time to stacking and decorating. After stacking and frosting the cake (diameter 18 cm), each participant can design his or her drip cake according to his colour and shape wishes. You will be able to take your cake home with you in a box and eat it with your loved ones.

You'll learn how to stack and decorate a semi-naked cake within an approx. 4-5 hour workshop. You'll decide which design you would like to create in the drip cake baking course. Decorative elements such as seasonal flowers and sprinkles will be available for you to choose from. Whether pink, blue, pastell colored or refined with glitter, the look of your dripping is totally up to you . Let your creativity run wild. If you have any questions, Lotta is there to support you .
Maximum number of participants: 6 persons. The order confirmation you receive by e-mail is also your course confirmation. No separate certificate of attendance will be sent by post. Prices include ingredients, course materials and baking recipes, rental aprons, snacks, the use of professional equipment and soft drinks. You will receive a box for the way home. The baking course lasts approximately 4-5 hours and is suitable for adults and teenagers 12 years and older accompanied by a participating adult.
